Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Did everyone have a nice Christmas? I had a fabulous one!!! I enjoyed spending time with my hubby's family (the best in-laws in the world!), playing with my niece and nephew, eating lots of food (well, overeating...) and getting lots of gifts! When I looked back, I realized that this is the fifth Christmas I've spent with my hubby since we started dating, and I loved each of it because he's been by me side and I know he'll always be. I'm so grateful for what I have, especially my sweet hubby who always supports me (and spoiled me :D). 2008 has been an interesting and nice year for me, and I'm excited for the coming of 2009! I'm ready!!!

It took me forever to finish this post :P I've known Tirza from church about 3 years ago. I' was soooo happy for her when i knew she was dating someone, and when she got engaged. Tirza and James tied the knot at Los Angeles LDS temple, one of my favorite places for photographing wedding pictures. I love shooting weddings! It reminds me my own wedding day so much, and I love seeing the just married couples looking at each other with passion and love. Tirza and James are one of them. I'm glad that I had the opportunity to capture their special day. Here are some highlights of the day:

My friend Kelly was visiting me from Taiwan (where I'm from). We met at the English school I taught about 4~5 years ago (she's still teaching there) so we have know each other for 5 years. Kelly went to New Jersey for 6 weeks before she came to Cali. I think she's such a brave girl who travelled alone in a totally different country. We had so much fun talking, shopping and hanging out. And of course I had to take this opportunity to do a portrait with her. We had a nice lunch at the Old Spaghetti Factory and explored a little part of downtown Fullerton afterwards, we just had a fun afternoon!
